Do you have rEFIt installed? Where's located your Boot Camp partition -- on external drive, on second drive with MBR? What's the filesystem -- NTFS, FAT16, FAT32?

I don't know what rEFIT is?

The partition is on my internal hard drive where everything else is. The file system is FAT32.

Please provide me with a screenshot of the System profiler on Serial-ATA page -- click Apple -> About this Mac -> More info -> Serial-ATA
