Hi, When scrolling in Windows within Parallels the mousewheel is not / sometimes working. It feels like the scroll wheel is defect while working perfectly in Leopard alright! Tried adjusting scroll wheel settings in mouse properties but nothing changes... Is this something known as well? I mentioned the 'Logitech S 530' set of keyboard + mouse because that's the set I'm using! Kind regards, Gaytan The Netherlands
Try installing generic mouse drivers -- probably you will loose some functionality, but wheel should function fine: Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware tab -> Device manager -> remove Logitech drivers, reboot VM
Hi! Thanks for your answer but ... I'm afraid that's not possible... This because the drivers now for the mouse are 'Parallels synchronisation device' making it possible to manipulate WinXP Bootcam within VM as well as OSX, without having to 'Ctrl' + 'Enter' each time in order to 'leave' the VM each time. When I configure the mouse with other drivers I loose part of my Parallels functionality for which I just bought PD4! PD3 worked fantastic with the very same mouse so Parallels should really solve this matter, I think... Rgrds, Gaytan
Hi! Oh, just don't worry; Parallels will come with a (few?) new build(s) soon.... The chkdsk problem is not repaired as yet either plus sooo many other problems... My XP is very slooow at boot... PD3 worked soo well!! Will take 'some' time before the 'final version' will be developed I think... They threw it out too fast on the market... a bit like MS maybe? Just patience...
