I have gone back from PD 4.0 to 3.0 and was installing PD tools and got the Windows error message attached. Anybody have any ideas on how to solve this?
I have but it did not send me a ticket number. In 3.0 did it do that? Also no acknowledgement from Parallels. I did it within the last hour.

I just tried to install PD Tools in SAFE MODE and that worked. I at least have the icon in the tray and there is PD Tools Iten in the program menu. Go figure still have no idea what the error was for. Probably this is related to why I couldnot get PD 4.0 tools to install. I woudl try that but backwards and forwards in the same week I'm not sure my patience can take it.
