Problems activation of the product PD 4

    Yesterday I bought the update Parallels desktop 4, I continue the process of update from the version 3 and when I am going to validate the product he says to me that the key that I have of Parallels 3 is erroneous.

    I have a ticket opened in your support from yesterday and have not received any response. The number of ticket is #621481

    Which language version of Parallels Desktop 4 have you purchased? Which language version of Parallels Desktop 3 did you have installed previously?

    The language can be determined by the localization of the texts in GUI.

    I am thinking about remembering that I have PD 3 in English and PD 4 has been bought by me in Spanish.

    Not where to look at the language of PD 3.
