I have continually had flaky wifi performance. One minute I will be able to surf the 'net, the next minute I can't get on. I have an Intel iMac Core duo. This has been happening since before RC1, and I keep hoping it will get better. Specifically, whenever I try to do Windows Update, it hangs and brings down the connection. Also, whenever I boot into XP, my connection won't work for 5-10 minutes after boot, and then it's hit-or-miss, as I've said. I have one of those 2Wire SBC wireless routers. Anyone else have any suggestions/comments? Many thanks, Bob Hohne
I read an interesting comment on another forum regarding a problem I've had with Mac and wireless. Try this and see what happens. It may do nothing or it may help. If nothing else it will be another datapoint. Set up your wireless router to use B or G but not both. It actually did help here. dp
