This is a semi-newbie question, but what is the name of the file within the Parallels Tools which actually installs the tools. In 3.0 it was something like parallels-tools.sh

The installation file is "install" at the root of mounted "Parallels Tools" CD.
Please run "./install" to start installation or "./install -h" to see command line options.

It's parallels-tools.run. If you're in the CD-ROM directory you can execute it by:

    ./parallels-tools.run

In case your CD-ROM is mounted without the exec attribute set (Ubuntu does that for example), you can also execute it by doing:

    sh ./parallels-tools.run
