Stuck on step 3 of 4 upgrading to V4

    I am stuck on step 3 of 4 upgrading an XP vm, still going (nowhere).

    Anybody has a solution?

    The problem was Windows activation, I had recently upgraded machine.
    Anyway, go ahead and "Force Quit" if you have to, nothing will happen, open Parallels again and it will eventually finish.
