Hello, I just purchased Parallels upgrade to 4.0 but am unable to install it. The installer gives me an exeption just before it quits. The Parallels icons are installed, the Transporter works, but if I run Paralels itself, it just will not start up. I tried to uninstall, re-installe etc, but no luck. After each try I rebooted my Mac to make sure everytning is OK. Are you trying to install from CD, or you are using downloaded version. Please try to download from internet
I tried the download from th einternet. I don't have the CD. Thanks for the quick answer. Any more ideas? Patrick
Could you please download and install Apple 10.5.5 update again, it seems to be problem with installer in Mac OS side
