Until today, I have been able to connect perfectly to my en1:Airpiort Wireless Adaptor... now, Windoze XP is telling me "Limited or No Connectivity" (I haven't changed anything, honest!) In Windoze Network Connections, The Local Area Connection is showing:- Parallels Network Adaptor IP Address: 169.254.151.185 Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0 In Network Preferences (on Mac), the following adaptors are shown: Parallels Host-Guest (connected - using DHCP) IP Address: 10.37.129.2 (which is a correct address for my wireless network) Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 (which is also correct) Parallels NAT (connected - using DHCP) IP Address: 10.211.55.2 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Why am I then getting an internal address in Windoze?!?!? Any ideas please? Thanks, Steve
Antivirus, VPN, third party firewall in Windows? Also in what mode VM is running if it is Bridged Ethernet? If adapter selected AirPort and there is authentication on Access Point, this may be the case
I am running NOD32 Antivirus and standard Windoze Firewall, but I always have and it's worked up until now! I have not changed anything in my configuration. Two days ago it worked fine, now it doesn't... I have not upgraded any software on either Mac or Windows VM. Running in Bridged mode, targetting en1:Airport adaptor (this has always worked for me). The Mac is using en0 which is a corporate ethernet connection behind a Windows ISA Proxy Server. I liked to be able to switch to Airport if I needed to get round the Proxy. As I said, it worked until a couple of days ago! Thanks for your help.
