Uh oh...moving .hdd files from one drive to another causes all previous snaps to fail

Maybe this is documented somewhere, but I am wondering if there is a fix: I usually just move .hdd files around and all the surrounding directories say if I run out of space. But I just noticed that if I do this, previous snapshots for the image do not revert, I get an error code, while any new ones work fine. So is there a way to fix this/workaround this? thx!!!

It is because Snapshots should be in the same folder at the initial state, move the entire VM, not just hdd
