Hi there, I am doing something either incredibly brave or stupid: I have to teach some app classes (office 2007 stuff) and instead of just going into bootcamp (the safe route) I want to just use this grand Vista.hdd that I have working nicely. So to mask out as much of the mac as I can as not to shock a hall full of hardcore PC users, I am using coherence and hiding taskbars and whatnot. BUT, I don't know how to get rid of the apple menu bar at the top. This looks really odd when running powerpoint slides. So is there some "fullscreen" mode in Leopard? Also, I am of course using multiple display options and I think I have this working fine, but wondering if anyone knows of any problems that I may run into...thx!!! coocoo
it's all good. I just realized that bar only appears on one monitor and that's fine by me. I am using a projector and it all looks good. thx. ps. is there just one John or about 100? u answer all the posts here - thx!!! coocoo
ha! i just found one. the fullscreen mode. it rotates over to a space where the mac controls are all gone (menubar and dock). very nice!
