Changing from 5162 to 5582

Hi there,

I have got also a ini_timeout problem with my german version 5162 and Windows XP Pro as guest.

I have bought a regular boxed license of Parallels 3, and updated to the latest german version 5162, but still have that issue described above.

So I thought it would be a great idea to try the english 5582. I have deinstalled the german and installed the newest english version. As I wanted to activate this one, I was told, that my legal key is not the right one for that version.

Now what I have to do?
Will there be an updated german version soon, or could I get a valuable key for the english version?
My license is already registered with you.

Problem with downloaded new version 5582

Hi again,

just downloaded the newest german version 5582 over Parallels -> Help -> Search for updates.
Download was without any problems.
Then I deinstalled my installed version 5162 and wanted to start the new one by double-clicking the package, but I got an error message like:
"Not able to activate the following images: ....dmg
Reason: Not recognized"

Did I do something wrong? Or is the package corrupted?
