I installed Leopard but unable to install Parallels 3. When I have completed the installation of Parallels, and I go to click on the icon in finder to launch the application I get the mac error screen telling me that the application has closed down unexpectedly, when I try to re-open, I get the same error message. I have uninstalled Parallels, repaired disk and then re-installed. I get the same error message. I have tried rebooting, re-installing, and nothing seems to work??? any ideas. thanks
Now how can I repair this!? Hi, I used to work with a parallels installation done in MacOS 10.4. A few days ago I installed Leopard. Parallels crashed today and requires reinstallation. And here the mess begins ... I cant use the key on my installation cd to register the actual build (downloaded from this webpage), the support-pages say that my key for the german version cant be used with the downloaded Version of Parallels. So I installed v3.0 from cd to update via menu (the only way to get a localized update). But it crashes on startup -> theres no way to update from inside the application. Any ideas? and don't expect a speedy reply from customer support, I emailed for help 4 days ago and still no reply. take money and run... another angry customer

nearly 4 weeks have gone by and still no response from customer service...Apple should not associate themselves with this shower. £50 down the drain. lesson learnt the hard way
I got a phone call and email from a sales person wanting to see that everything was working great since my Leopard upgrade... which had not been going great. However, she was unable to help and passed me to tech support. NO response in 3.5 weeks. Downloaded the new 5570 Beta yesterday. Won't even install. So I've been dead in the water for 3.5 weeks. Not good. Jim
