Hi This is my first time of posting, this may well have been answered before so apologies. When I have the windows desktop running it will not recognise my usb stick, it says it is being used by another application but nothing else is going on.As soon as i shut windows down the drive appears on my mac no problems. Please help, I am running parellels desktop build 3186 on a macbook 2Ghz with 2Gb of ram and OSX 10.5.5. I hope thats al the info you need. Thanks

Please upgrade to build 3224 (this is US version do not use it if you have localized version) http://www.parallels.com/en/download/file/en/GA/Parallels-Desktop-3224-Mac-en.dmg It is not related to USB 2. You have options selected connect to guest os, in USB connection settings You can unmount it from Parallels Desktop - Devices -- USB and your device
John, could you please provide the steps required to make this adjustment, I'm having a terrible time trying to find them in the manual. Where do you find the connection settings?
