Any help with this would be greatly appreciated: A pop up appeared when I loaded Parallels on my Mac to say that there was an upgrade. I clicked on OK. This upgrade loaded up and now when I try to load up the program I just get a blank black screen and cannot open Outlook, Office etc. It all seems to have done a vanishing trick. All of my filed emails as well as my calender are obviously in there so I am a little lost with out access...
