Alright, well, my iMac went a little crazy today, crashed for some odd reason, was able to shut down my XP install fine before having to do a hard shutdown... But when I tried to restart the Windows XP VM, it doesn't show up in my list, only Boot Camp and Vista do. So I started following the help tutorial found here...http://kb.parallels.com/en/4680

And that didn't work... Then I read to uninstall and reinstall using the same .hdd file... But I went as far as renaming the .hds file and moving it into the Parallels -> XP VM.

So if I uninstall and then reinstall, should I use the now only 4kb .hdd file, or should I use the windows.hdd file that is the 13 gigs, but is missing the xml file. What should I do?
I would like to keep the same apps installed, so whatever I can do to run XP again using the same set up without having to reinstall and configure would be great, thanks!

I completely forgot I had a recent complete back up of my internal, I just dragged it back over and replaced, all is fine now, but that is hand information for the future problems, thanks!
