Time out operation

Hello. Does anyone have any advice on what is happening in my parrallels. Below is what pops up every time I open my windows.


[C] MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP: TIMED OUT WAITING FOR THE FILE SYSTEM TO INITIALISE.
THE VOLUMN HAS BEEN EJECTED. YOU CAN USE THE INIT_TIMEOUT MOUNT OPTION TO WAIT LONGER.

Whats the next step to take?
