parallels destroys internet, and lost activation key.

2 problems.

1. I play a lot of internet poker, which is why I use parallels. However after a while it starts to freeze for a few seconds, and after a couple of freezes my connection is totally dead and I have to reboot my computer.
This makes me wan't to seriously shoot myself in the head . I've lost over a thousand dollars due to this issue.

2. I need my activation key, since i tried to upgrade, re-install and whatnot

 

for the second issue create ticket in support they will send you activation key
