When I try to run Disk Compressor from Parallels, it executes the first stage of compression, but then it asks to reboot. The computer loads back up, but I get a "this disk format is not supported" error. Any ideas?
Probably all your virtul disks are not compressed (but plain). For plain disks actual compression is not available because they allocate fixed maximum size by design.
