hardware acceleration error

when i ran some games,for e.g. "heart" in the "games" on windows..
a dialog came out...
"Hardware acceleration is either disabled or not supported by your video card driver,which could slow game performance.Make sure you have the latest video card driver installed and that hardware acceleration is turned on."

actually i don't know how to deal with it...
is it the problem of the video adapter?
can anyone help me...?

i am using iMac with ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro
and the guest OS is windows vista
