getting more than one windows partition found message on bootcamp vm

i checked the mac disk utility program and it shows only 2 partitions a mac and a bootcamp partition. when i boot in bootcamp everything is working properly, not sure what has happened as this message just started showing up. is there some diagnostic i can perform since i only want the 2 partitions?

i went to the boot camp side and looked at the hard drive partition info (see attached file). not sure if it is correct or not bit thought it might help diagnose problem.

 

Detach second drive, and you will be able to boot Vm,
