Parallels has crashed

I recently downloaded build 5608 and now when i start parallels it's asking me to install the guest OS. It's as if i'm starting all over again. I've lost access to my virtual disk and can't run parallels at all. Anyone have any suggestions?

Do you mean you had Virtual Machine with Windows?, and now Parallels Desktop is asking to install it over again?

Backup Virtual machine as described in Parallels Desktop for Mac user guide from http://www.parallels.com/en/download/file/doc/Parallels_Desktop_for_Mac_User_Guide.pdf on page 243 and try to perform steps in http://kb.parallels.com/en/4680

Do not forget to backup, you can lost all data
