Hi I'm new to this forum and hoping someone out there may have the answer. I've recently upgraded to Parallels 3.0.5548 and have found it virtually unusable due to graphical glitches such as flickering and general video buffer corruption. I ran the prior version with no problems. The Mac host also runs without problem. I've tried bumping the RAM allocation up to with no effect. I've also found that Java GUI apps are unusable under Parallels due to the video issues. Does anyone know what could be causing these issues, or of any fixes?

Thanks for the reply. I followed the uninstall/install procedure. That did seem to correct the problem with "flickering". However, Java GUI apps still aren't rendering properly. Not only are the components themselves not painted, the data loaded is corrupted as well. Strange, this app works fine on the old version of Parallels. I've attached a screen shot of the problem.
I am aware of this problem, as I myself submitted problem to development team, We are working on this
Ok. Thanks BTW, is there any dependency on a specific version of the JVM? XP's auto-update probably upgraded to Java 6.
