Quicktime and Win 2K

I'm really having problems watching video on my website. Sound is fine, but no video at all.

Having read other threads, I gather that DirectX has to be disabled. It is by default. The page is fine on OS X.

I have just the latest iTunes installed in Windows

I hadn't realised that I needed both iTunes and QT for it to work.
