Where can I find and delete Parallels config file?

I've setup Parallels in a way that whenever I start it, my VM automatically starts up and loads and whenever I shutdown the VM, Parallels automatically quits. Now, I cannot modify any settings for this VM. Can anyone tell me if there is a cfg file sitting somewhere on my HD that deletes these preferences?
