For the last few days, I have been trying to register so that I can send an email to support for an issue regarding Parallels Desktop. Every time I register on the website, and I go to log in it does not recognize the email or password. I keep filing my information on the registration page but the results never change. It is getting to be very frustrating because you cannot send a email until you are registered. (Though I thought I read somehwhere that you could send an email into support if you were not registered but it would not be answered as quickly) Does anyone know if this just a current problem or if this just the way things are. This is the first time using this program and company, so I am trying to figure out how much effort I need to expend to solve any issues that arise. Thanks in advance for any help.
