    Hi,

    I have been experiencing wierd crashes.

    I am runinig Pll's with win XP in the background. Mostly after starting a new app in mac osX Pll's srashes. I have no idea why. luckily I keep a copy of the win.hdd. I was able to save quite some data as the winxp.hdd was corrupted and unusable.

    I need a solution to this matter ... can anyone help?

    May be you can put crash logs here

    Archive of /Library/Parallels/bugreports/ (right click on folder --> Create Archive)
    or ~/Library/Parallels/bugreports/

    * /Library/Logs/panic.log
    or ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Parallels.crash.log from the Mac side;

    It definitely points to sound device problem
    Please remove Sound from VM condifiguration
    If you have any sound drivers installed in VM remove them too
    Under device manager in Windows Sound and game controller section remove Intel Audio device

    I disabled the sound in the configurtaltion front screen of Pll's ... I removed it completely.
    Under Device manager there is no intel device. I only find legacy drivers which I did not install.

    To confirm, it was before or after recent crash
    if before, what software are you using in Windows?

    I had disabled the audio device in the VM this morning. The crash occured at 11.09. I will not enable the sound device and post all crash and bug reports.
    I had windows runing with MSGroove. I started MS Outlook.
    I had run firefox and had shut it down.
    Windows was idle with the background service of MS Groove runing. MS Outlook was runing as well!
    I started a prgramme in MAC OSX this is when the crash occured.

    It is mostly that when win has been idle and I start a programme in MAC OSX that the crash of PLL's occurs!
