Hi all, I am trying to print from using Parallels, I tried to install my printer but Windows couldn't find it, it's a shared network printer, I have no issues printing on MacOSx... If anyone has any ideas would be very much appreciated!

hi there, the printer was already installed, should i re-install it then? it doesn't print... it seems to be printing to port LPT1, does that seem correct?

-Set HP or Apple type printer
    - in VM configuration on Parallel Port select your default printer in Mac OS

    - in VM configuration on Parallel Port select your default printer in Mac OS

I have looked in all the menu's and can't find it...

Hi John, Ok am in the Configuration Editor and I can't see 'Parallel Port1', should it be listed under Network Adapter 1?

No, it should be listed on summary page in Configuration editor,
Click Configuration , and if you still cannot see Parallel Port 1, click + icon and add Parallel Port
