I'm trying to get Roblox to work on my 2.33 GHz Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro, 3 gigs RAM. Parallels has 716 Mb allocated. I've tried different default screen resolutions. It runs but it is very slow rendering anything on the screen. I've also tried different video memory settings. Has anyone else had success? Thanks!
You need to check 3d software compatibility list http://www.parallels.com/en/products/desktop/features/3d/ Also try to disable DirectX Shaders in some this helps
My son is trying to run Roblox on his Macbook 1gen aluminum OS X 10.5. Upgraded to 4G ram. Running Parallels 5 and XP pro. When he runs Roblox the GUI box is defined but there is no data in it. When we run it on our Dell pc all the proper text, numbers, button labels show up fine in the GUI box. The wierd thing is when we first installed XP he tried to run Roblox before we installed SP2 and SP3. He said Roblox worked fine. Once we installed SP2 and SP3 he can't view the GUI. Anyone have any idea on how to go about fixing this? Is it a setting i need to adjust? I tried to get the Roblox support to help but they will not give any advice because they don't support Mac.
