Hi guys, See the topic title for my configuration. I have an assignment to do. It involves using Norton DiskEdit. I have been kindly supplied a Virtual PC hard disk and configuration file with all of the software I need to run (including DOS 6.22) DiskEdit and do the assignment. I have been doing the assignment under Windows using BootCamp (by which I mean I reboot). Trying to run Virtual PC under Parallels gives this errors from VPC 2007: "Virtual PC is incompatible with the physical processor in this computer. Virtual PC requires at least a Pentium II (or equivalent) processor." I know trying to run virtualization under virtualization seems crazy, but are there any plans to support Virtual PC 2007? I have tried to migrate the VPC config file (which doesn't work) and the VPC virtual hard drive (which completes, but won't boot (hangs on the Starting MS-DOS line)) but haven't had success. Thanks. Evan.
On a related question, is there any way to write-protect a virtual floppy image? I need to be able to do this. Thanks.
