When I use the snap shot option when using windows in parallels it creates a .png file on my Mac desktop, but the image is all black. What am I doing wrong. Any ideas forum folk ??
Hi, As far as I understand snap shot in this case means screenshot. How exactly are you doing this screen shot? HAve you tried it with command + shift + 3?
Thanks Ziba. The command/shift/3 produces a picture of my entire Mac desktop plus the parallels window of windows. I was trying the parallels "make a screen shot" from the menu bar "Actions" hoping it would only produce the parallels screen content. Perhaps I could make the parallels window full size and use the command. It worries me when functions don't work like they supposed to. Thanks again.
