    Parallels Team,

We are testing your new build and continue to have serious kernel panic problems on MacBook Pro. It panics the same way as previous builds of Parallels. I do not have the build numbers to reference but this would be back whatever was most current February 2008.

Over this period of time we have completely wiped and re-installed Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and applied various updates and patches from Apple. We are running the latest Mac OS X 10.5.3 with Parallels Desktop 3.0 build 3608 and the symptoms are exactly the same:
In a mean time to panic of several working hours to several days, Parallels Desktop 3.0 will cause Mac OS X to panic while working in Parallels VM, particularly Internet Explorer in order for web developers to test pages in Internet Explorer.

Does Parallels have a bug identified yet for this behavior?
We are at 31 panics and counting over here!

System details below and various bits attached to this post.

more data - System Profiler output

Sorry Parallels, apparently even when crunched into a ZIP archive the System Profiler file size is 124K, too big for your forum limits. Your forum can't handle even 500K attachments? This is not a usable configuration when you commonly request your users to attach log files!

    Parallels,

How do I create a "ticket"? Is this function provided by this Forum or the Support section of this site? I have scrubbed most of the pages and have not yet found any ticketing features.

    Please help.

Parallels Team, I have created this support ticket you requested. That was a few business days ago and I realize you may not have had a chance to investigate or prepare a response to "Parallels #558745"

However, an update from me: Today is Kernel Panic #34 under same conditions as previous panics and as detailed thoroughly in Parallels #558745 and here in this forum.

I have been reporting this issue since early March. If you have any response, that may prove helpful. Otherwise I will no longer be needing Parallels because I certainly don't need these panics.
