Buggy F11 Keys

Is this issue fixed in the latest build 5608?

Not sure, what do you mean, F11 is assigned key in Leopard, you need to perform Action - Send Key F11

 

I need f11 and alt+f11 but even if i change it in the shortcut preferences to f8 and alt+f8 it did not work. Although the option "Use F1-F12 keys to control software features" is checked. The problem was already discribed in following threads.
