Hello, Please excuse the questiona, but I am a novice when it comes to computers. I recently upgraded to ver 3 and soon after my screen went blank and stayed that way. I reinstalled Parallels but the screen stayed blank. Also started with the Windows XP disc and no luck. 1) Assuming I get it started again will I have lost all my applications and folders? If so, anyway of getting it back? 2) Any suggestions of how to get parallels and windows to work? Thank you, Robin
