    Hi

Is there a way to load up my VM while its folder is located outside ~/Library and actually not anywhere underneath the home folder?

I want to turn on FileVault for the home folder but not have its overheads apply to Parallels.

    Thanks,
    Guy

Yep, just drag and drop the folder that holds the files (probably named winxp).

Yep - I keep all my Parallels folders on a RAID array, and I've had no problems with that.

Like the replies above but you will need to change a couple of paths in the Config window. Very easy, and obvious what to do.
