Upgrading Parallels to 3.0 build 5584

I love the Parallels program when I tested it a while back. Now I'm trying to upgrade to version 3.0 build 5584. I downloaded it along with a trial key. Problem is that it seems to install ok but when it asks for activation key I'll enter the trial key and it tells me that it is invalid. I check the version in the "about" window and it is always the previous version I started with - build 3412. I've uninstall Parallels several times along with deleting the required files using Terminal. I'm using Leopard 10.5.2. I've also received a second trial key and re-downloaded the 5584 build but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks.

Please write to Parallels Order Support: [email protected].
You should let them know your keys numbers, the address you used to register, where and how you bough the product.
I am sure the confusion will be cleared up quickly.
