I am new at this, so I hope this isn't a dumb question. I am using Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac and Windows XP Professional. The Mac OS will recognize and open my USB device. However, when I open Parallels, I see a check mark by the USB device name under the Devices tab, but I can't figure out how to access or open the USB device. What am I missing or doing wrong? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
