Apologies if this has already been addressed. I coud not find a post that relates to my situation directly. I run The Sims 2 on my MBP and am wanting to run SimPE (a package editor) via Parallels. I have it installed and all is well, but I cannot figure how to change the directory (in SimPE) so it can locate my Sims 2 game, because I can not find how to access my Mac HD through Parallels. It is necessary to have Sims installed directly in the HD folder and not a subfolder. I have a .Home folder in my Parallel Shared Floder that contains all my Mac apps. Can/should I just drag Mac Hd in the PSF? ()
PS >> Menu >> devices >> shared folders >> add >> your mac os user name >> desktop and >> all mac disks I include external firewire disks too it sound a bit odd customising a Mac App with a Windows utility do back up all of everything in case you mess up Hugh W
