Please help me cancel my 1 year auto-renewal for Parallels Desktop for Mac

Mirroring what I've seen from so many other people: got an email saying my subscription will auto-renew in 1 month, and have been scouring the internet trying to find a method to cancel which has landed me here. The only link on the renewal email leads me to a page that just prompts me to put my card info in again (is this a scam technique to trick me into confirming my card and landing another year of subscription?). When I log into the account associated with the email I received the renewal notice, I see no active subscriptions. When I try to register the key I received in the email receipt, it says its been registered under a different account (not sure how that's even possible unless there are two different accounts under one email). I'm worried that if I delete my account my card will still somehow be charged and then I'll be even deeper in this hole. I don't know why this process is so opaque and impossible to cancel, but I need everything cancelled ASAP.
