I have tried both Parallels and Cleverbridge for help with this, but with no success, so I am posting here (this seems to be a recurring theme with this company). My auto renewal is due to kick-in, however my key is not connected to my account so I am unable to cancel the auto-renewal. Your customer service / support is beyond woeful, hence having to use this channel. Can you please get back to me and cancel the auto-renewal. Thank you

I believe I cancelled my subscription long before the renewal date. However, there have been multiple attempts by Parallels at taking payment from my registered card since the subscription end date, which have thankfully been unsuccessful due to lack of funds. The process for trying to cancel the subscription seems to require an active subscription to do so. Since I have not paid for the renew, nor do I want it, I am unable to stop Parallels from attempting to take money from my registered card without my authorisation. Please cancel my subscription. I have not forgotten to pay for a renewal - I do not want one. Alex
