How does one reach Customer Support?/

    How does one reach customer support without using Facebook or twitter? I've been trying for weeks to sort out a registration/licence/email account issue and all cry fall on deaf ears? I can't believe this can be so difficult???? -pjk

    I don't know of a phone number. I am currently dealing with an issue myself. You can try - [email protected].

    That's doesn't work. Parallels absolutleey sucks for support!!!!

    Yes, CraigN3 I know that Parallels is not good. Do you have a phone number or better contact information that you can share? The email address I cited does work as far as contacting Parallels support. The response you get by contacting them is a completely different issue.

    1. Sign in to your Parallels account using the link: https://my.parallels.com/login
    Make sure your Parallels Desktop license is registered.
    2. Go to the Support page. ( https://my.parallels.com/support/ )
    3. Select your product and the category of your question.
    Enter a short issue description or key words into the search box.

    4. If you don't find the solution you are looking for, click "Request Support" and proceed to the Support contact options.

    User to Parallels Support. One cannot "sign-in" (step 1) to the appropriate account if the licence in question is linked to a defunct (no longer accessible) email address.

    It's impossible to get in contact with them. You can write a post on X or Facebook. You can even write a post here but no one will answer. Parallels won't help you even if you are asking several times but what you can do I paying 35 for a phone call.

    Last time I bought a license. I moved to VM Ware Fusion. It's free and works like a charm.

    I am really sad that parallels is just selling keys and won't help us out even if there is a legitimate question. In my case there isn't even a hint that you can activate your version just four times when buying it. Feels like a fraud.
