Yes, CraigN3 I know that Parallels is not good. Do you have a phone number or better contact information that you can share? The email address I cited does work as far as contacting Parallels support. The response you get by contacting them is a completely different issue.

User to Parallels Support. One cannot "sign-in" (step 1) to the appropriate account if the licence in question is linked to a defunct (no longer accessible) email address.
It's impossible to get in contact with them. You can write a post on X or Facebook. You can even write a post here but no one will answer. Parallels won't help you even if you are asking several times but what you can do I paying 35 for a phone call. Last time I bought a license. I moved to VM Ware Fusion. It's free and works like a charm. I am really sad that parallels is just selling keys and won't help us out even if there is a legitimate question. In my case there isn't even a hint that you can activate your version just four times when buying it. Feels like a fraud.
