Hi, I tried to install Parallels on my new M1 Mac. Previously I had it on an Intel Mac. I tried to follow the instructions on your site, but unfortunately it did not work. Can you reset the license so that I can use it on this Mac? I would be very grateful for an answer. Hey Avinash. I've just tried to move my old iMac to a new iMac. The old iMac had Catalina and v14 but I've updated to Big Sur and tried to use my v16 license key. I'm unable to activate my Mac v16 because of the activation limit. I think that the old machine that had v16 has long been reformatted. Are you able to reset the activation limit for my v16?

I have the same problem. When the Mac mini failed and was replaced, the message 'This licence has reached its activation limit. You will not be able to activate new products with this licence in the future.' and I can no longer activate it. The licence key is ******-T6AGAS.

I have the same issue. I am sure that since buying the software couple of years ago (v17), I have only activated it on 2 different Mac both of which I am no longer using. This support page suggests that I can use my perpetual license up to 5 computers. https://kb.parallels.com/en/124042 see this part: "You may have up to five licenses for the Software which would allow You to install a single copy of the Software on up to five computing devices" Can you also please reset my license? Thank you for your help. On a separate note, if I may, I typically prefer perpetual licenses over annual subscriptions and update the software every 2-3 years when new features are introduced. Specifically for v21 Standard Edition, I would greatly appreciate it if the maximum VVM RAM were increased to 16GB from the current 8GB, as this would significantly prompt me (and likely many other license holders) to upgrade.
