Hello @JYS Thank you for your feedback. As a possible solution, please follow the steps below: 1. Open ToolBox Application >Click on the Toolbox icon on top of the mac menu bar > Select the cogwheel on the top right corner 2. Select the key in the list > Activate OR Select "I have a key" and enter your Toolbox activation key. If the issue still persists, please generate a technical report (Open ToolBox Application >Click on the Toolbox icon on top of the mac menu bar > Select the cogwheel on the top right corner > Help > Send Technical Data > Send Report) and reply to this message with the 9-digit ID.
