Hello Cole, If it has indeed been deleted without a backup, we might not have a way to recover it however, please collect a technical report while the virtual machine is running (click the Parallels icon on the top right of your Mac's menu bar > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post so we may at least attempt to locate it if possible.
