I have a card payment, but I can't use it.

    I'm writing because I'm having a problem after purchasing a subscription.

    I'm contacting you again by email. I purchased a Parallels Pro subscription on December 15 as a student. I have not received any emails regarding my purchase, either because I entered my payment information or because I entered my email address incorrectly. The purchase was made before I created an account, and the serial key that comes after payment disappeared when I went from the page with the serial number to the new signup page. So I paid by card, but have not been able to use it since.

    It's been 10 days since I reached out to Parallels via Twitter, and I'm still waiting for a response.
    It's been 6 days since I contacted the website, and I'm still waiting for a response, even though I need to use the program urgently.

    I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing?

    Hello, I have the same problem. I have a payment of 99 euros on my card made on Parallels but I did not purchase anything and moreover after the payment I do not even have any product. It is impossible to contact the support system, can someone please help me?

    I still haven't gotten an answer to this day. Each Parallels agent tells me different things and doesn't give me the right answers. All they need to do is look up my card number and name, but they haven't taken any action in over 15 days. I finally bought it again and put in a quick inquiry, but still no answer. My problem is still unresolved and my frustration with their customer service is growing.

    Honestly it is absurd, I never bought anything on the website but I have a 99 euros purchase on my card labelled as parallels and nobody from the support seems answering or giving me support.
