    Hi Parallels Support,

Just now parallels autoupdated, for some reason (it was disabled), and now im on v19.
Normally no problem, but sadly now Parallels is again massively broken.

    1) Pushing the mouse to the side of the screen where the dock is, makes the macOS dock show in Windows. Even though its forced to used Full Screen.
    2) Any interaction with the dock (for example accidentally by clicking on it, not even an app, just the dock itself), changes the view back to macOS.

So as you can see, its basically immersion breaking and hardly usable.
The only solution is to always hide the dock, as long as you are working in Windows.

On another note, honestly I am very tired of Parallels.
This has been the reason why I didnt upgrade to Ventura (broken Parallels) or disabled auto-updates once I had Parallels finally working.
Almost any update, breaks core functionality. This is the ONLY software that has this issue...
Its an expensive yearly software, and yet the support on the forums is bad, plus the software breaks all the time for any reason.

I am well aware this complaint will probably result in getting no support here on the forum for the dock issue. (as usual, all support requests are not answered)
But I just have to get this off my chest at this point.

I am experiencing the same problem. It's very annoying as I have to be super accurate when using the Windows taskbar, or the MacOS dock pops up...and then takes a long time to disappear.

I must admit, I always check the forums and hold my breath before hitting the update button. There seems to be very few new features, particularly with intel based processors, so I do question why I bother sometimes.

In another Thread the only solution was offered to downgrade. I did that and luckly it worked alright.

Hope this helps others, since Support Team of Parallels is almost non-existant. Its like seeing a Unicorn. And most answers are spam/bot nonsense that was already figured out is not a solution.

    Parallels 18 link: https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v18/18.3.2-53621/ParallelsDesktop-18.3.2-53621.dmg

I removed the v19 just by trashing it. Rebooting, and then installing this 18.3.2 dmg. It worked luckily.

I've used Parallels since version 4 (I believe). Although bugs are frustrating, they are a fact of life, and no matter what due diligence you do, some do creep in. The test and fix process has improved a lot in the last few years. I remember once it took them years to fix a networking issue with Windows VMs, thankfully now most bugs like this are resolved in the next bug fix update in 4-8 weeks.

    Hello!
The issue has been addressed in Parallels Desktop 19.1.0 that should be released within a few hours.

No it hasn't. The dock still pops up when the 'Optimize full screen for games' is enabled.

Interesting. Would you reproduce the issue again, generate a technical report at the moment of reproduction, as described at https://kb.parallels.com/9058, and post the report ID once done, please?
Your steps of reproduction would be of much help for us as well.

    Basically the reproduction steps:
'Optimize Fullscreen For Games' is checked.
Start VM in full screen mode
Move the mouse to the bottom of the screen, and the Mac OS Dock pops up. This can take some time to go away

It's actually impossible to reproduce with the technical report tool. Starting the tool hides the dock, and most interestingly, if I try to take a screenshot using the MS 'Snipping tool' the problem temporarily goes away. If I move to a MacOS space and come back, and repeat moving the mouse to the bottom of the screen, the dock flashes very briefly and again the problem is temporarily resolved.

    Hello @Kristian.

Can you please right-click on the Parallels Desktop icon on the dock (when available), then Go to Help > Send technical report?

A video reproduction of the issue would have helped.

If this is possible, let us know the report ID.

Can confirm, the dock doesnt come in in fullscreen anymore.
    Version 19.1.1 (54734)

I had to update, and then update again, because it didnt use the most current update, and the "normal" update didnt fix the bug.
When clicking on "search for update" in the settings, it gets the this version, and there its fixed.

Sadly, Changelogs dont mention this bug at all. So nobody knew that its fixed.
Again Parallels Devs/Support, you have to improve. Your software might be nice, but your communication and bug fixing isnt.
