I want to use 4 CPUs and 4096MB of memory for a Ventura VM. But when I attempt to change this using the command line I am told that it is only possible to change these with the pro version? I can change Windows and Linux to use these settings but cannot get it to work for the Ventura VM?

Interestingly, when I start the VM it seems to have 4 CPUs and 8GB of memory - perhaps this is the default setting. Whatever is going on, I am very confused about the way the Mac OS VM works and can be configured.

In the article https://kb.parallels.com/en/128842 you will find how to change settings of macOS virtual machine on M series chips, using commands (only for pro and business version) and configuration file (for standard version).
