Seems like its a common thread. Old mac died and I don't seem to be able to active on the new computer.

    Parallels Desktop 11
It seems to like the activation key but when I hit activate, I get the message: "Unable to perform the operation."
I don't see an option to give it my email address rather than activation code.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Its a mid 2015 MacBook Pro 11,4 with 2.5 GHz i7 processor running High Sierra 10.13.6.
The old one was an early 2011 MacBook Pro 8,2 with 2.3 GHz i7 running Mavericks 10.9.5.

    Thanks!

Hello, Parallels Desktop 11 is not compatible with Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6. Kindly upgrade to Parallels Desktop 17.

DebasmitaM: I though it was supposed to be somewhat compatible. I've read threads where people are using it. Shouldn't I be able to get it launched, then find if it does or doesn't work? If not, I may drop my OS one level (or just use my pc).

Rachel, I'm not seeing it. When I log in to my account, it shows the one legacy license. Should I hit the "renew license" button or "register a license key". Didn't want to hit those and chance screwing up that license since its already registered.

    Thanks

    Rob
