When I enter my Activation Key it says: "The license server doesn't accept your product license." I am entering the license key to an active subscription of Parallels Desktop Pro. I have asked this question via FB Messenger. No response I have asked this question via Twitter, No response. I DM'd a Parallels employee on this forum with the problem. No response. What does it take to get support for Parallels tools?
