Parallels validate Licence ERROR (useless support)

    I've been trying to get support for a few days.
    In the support session of your site I have some options: Facebook, Twitter, Forum, but I have not seen e-mail.
    I sent some messages by Messenger (FB) and Twitter and no response after days.

    It is possible to talk to you yet or I should start looking for another tool and throw my money out, because I have already paid for the license?

    I have an upgrade license that I want to use on another MacBook, but this is being a huge headache. It should not be so, a suffering because I changed the workstation.

    Hi, thanks for reply.

    When I try to activate an update license, I get a message says the key is associated with another account, but that is not correct. The e-mail and the keys are correct (Parallels 11 and Parallels 16 Upgrade keys).

    Can we speak by e-mail or chat? or by any private option?

    I do not understand what the most accurate I share in public forum, sorry.

    I have an upgrade key from Parallels 11 for 16.

    When I enter with my email and parallels key 11 + 16, I get a message stating that the license is associated with another account. This is wrong, the email I'm reporting is correct. I just changed from MacBook. The keys are for eternal use on the same machine where it was activated once in life? Can not I activate on another machine?

    I will not share the email and keys here in the forum, so I asked for another means for communication.

    I use Parallels since version 5.
    I am currently licensed from version 16, but I can not use because you do not provide a more basic support than it is.

    Anyway, let me see if I resolve on Piratebay. What I can do, if I buy a license and I can not use it, right? Good Work!

    What should I do if I buy a license and I have been asking support on Twitter, Facebook, Forum and I'm ignored?
    I'm in loop with you asking me for more details and I already said, I CHANGED from a MACBOOK FOR ANOTHER and your to ask for more details and send-me a link with a link from Twiiter and noting more, ok...

    Well, I'll use a pirate version from Piratebay. Your useless support is not more necessary. I will close the topic.
